4, [Pee Pbess Association.! WELLINGTON, Sept. 2. The Jury in Miller and Creßswell's case —the robbery at the Albert Hotel— were locked up till past midnight, and then discharged, as they could not agree. The Crown did not ask for a fresh trial in the case of Miller and Cresswell, and the men were discharged. The woman M'Govern will be tried again on Wednesday.
