The Committee will meet to-morrow to consider what shape the reception shall take. It was decided to ask the Unions affiliated to the New Zealand Union to tubacribe towards presenting each member of the team with a -aaemento of the visit. Ifc is probable that fifteen of the team will bs sent to Timaru to play a South Canterbury team. The following will repreeenb the Christchurch Post and Telegraph Department in the returm match against Christ's College, on the College ground, at 3 p.m. tomorrow : — Larcombe (2), Andrews, Maneell, Ross, Gray, Burgess, Thomaß, Chambers, Brooker, Scully, Young, M'Guire, Sherratt and Bourke ; emergencies — Cox, fllorland, Alexander, Cotter and Matthews, A meeting of butchers will be held in the Oxford Hotel this evening, at eight o'clock, to consider the advisablenees of arranging football matches for Thursday afternoons.
