IMPORTANT • ANNOUNCEMENT. REPORT/ AND ANALYSIS BY PROFESSOR BICKERTON . IN EEFEEEKCE TO TRENT BROS.' MANUFACTURES. : Canterbury College, June 13, 1893. I have just completed an Analysis of Samples of each of the articles of food manufactured by Messes TRENT BROS. The Analysis shows the Samples to be of EXCELLENT QUALITY, well prepared and ABSOLUTELY FREE from the SMALLEST TRACE of ANY KIND of DELETERIOUS MATTER. Those samples were, selected personally; from bulk, without any notico being given that I intended to procure them, T having 1 been' retained more than fifteen years ago by the Messrs Trent Bros, to make analyses at such times as might be convenient to myself. In making these analyses I was so struck will the uniform excellence of their manufacture, that . for more than twelve years we have never knowingly used any other brand of any .of the articles : of food manufactured by the firm. I would, however, adviso purchasers to obtain goods with TRENT BROS.' BRAND, as more than once very inferior samples of bulk goods have been sold to us as Messrs Trent's manufacture ; on taking these samples to Messrs Trent and comparing them with their own hulk goods, they have been xiroved to be spurious. I have on sevoral occasions been through ' the factory, and can testify to the care taken to procure High-class Materials, and to ensure cleanliness and purity ia the process, and uniform excellence in the manufacture. . - . , A.
