The Mercantile Bank Cases, Daring the debate on the Address in Reply, Mr Shields severely blamed Six Bryan O'Loghlen for agreeing to the nolle prosequi in the Mercantile Sank cases, and contended that the case against the accused had been much prejudiced by the Government's action. He condemned the issue of a warrant for Sir M. Davits and Mr Milledge after .the entering of a nolle prosequi, and said that the Government was actuated by a deßire for popularity. Sir Bryan O'Loghlen, in reply, defended his action, and claimed that the ! position he had taken was constitutionally j right. Murder, BEISBANE, June 30.
