Overwork in Schools.
TO THE EDITOR. Sib, — Will you kindly allow me a email space in your paper to say that I think ifr is wrong that the teachers in certain schools keep the children in till five in the evening. lam sure that by this time the children cannot see, and it is ruinous to their eyes and health. Moreover, not being satisfied with keeping the children in, the teachers give them home-work which occupies two or three hours in preparation. Hoping someone will take the matter in hand. — I am, &c, DISGUSTED.
