Papanui Libbaey. — At a public meeting held at Papanui on Tuesday, it was unanimously decided to reopen the Library. A Committee was formed to frame rules for submission to a public meeting, to be held next Tuesday evening, at seven. Thirty names have already been enrolled as members of the new Library.
