WELLINGTON NEWS.
* [Pbr Pbibb Association.] WELLINGTON. Junk 15. Mr Martin, Resident Magistrate, decided that under the New Zealand Statute a person oannot be imprisoned a second time on a judgment summons order. The conspiracy case against Crabtree and Goode is still before the Supreme Court. The morning was taken up with arguments by counsel contending that there is no case against the prisoners, but Mr Justice Richmond refused to withdraw the case from the Jury. He intimated, however, that he might be disposed not to admit some of the evidence provisionally allowed, and further argument ensued as to how much should be deleted. j
