Captain Thomas, the in--5 imitable sijjleur ventriloque, will appear for the first time on a public stage in 1 Chriatchurch, and will, in addition to his * whistling performance, give specimens of > his powers as a mimic and humourist. , Mr Dave Gardner will give some of his , nigger specialities, Mr. Harry Barton will appear in liis laughable ventriloquial entertainment, and many other items gc to make up a thoroughly amusing programme.
