CHRISTCHURCH NORTH-WEST.
The annual meeting of the Licensing Committee for Christchuroh North-west Ward was held to-day at the R,M. Court j present, Mr E. Weatenra (Chairman) and Messrs Hulbert, Jameaon and Trent. Renewals were granted to the following, there being no objectors and the police report being satisfactory :— Harry Priston, Gladstone; Cecil Louisson, Hereford; Robert Allen, Clarendon; Thomas Bullivant, Britannia. The application of James Kennedy, Junction Hotel, was held over to June 19, the Committee in the meantime to inspect the accommodation of the house. The Bitting occupied five minutes.
