Young, charged with cattle and horsestealing, who was taken ill during the I hearing of the case at Hawera, and remanded to New Plymouth till his recovery, was brought up before the E.M. this morning, and, being sufficiently well to appear at Hawera, was remanded to the Court I there for Tuesday next.
