Pigeon Flying.— The Chrietchureh Pigeon Flying Club got off a race from Waßhdyke on Saturday, for birds hatched since Sept. 1, 1892. Twenty-five were nominated, divided amongst ten lofte. They were liberated at twelve o'clock, and the winner turned up in Mr Fred Unwin'a Eed Pine, which compassed the distance in 2hrs 40min, making a fair average of 1033 yds per minute. The Club desires to thank the Btationmaster for kiudly attending to and liberating the birds in their training. The following are the placed birds :— Mr F.
