Fatal Accident.
This morning a man named Allan, who waß engaged in trimming trees at the residence of Mr A. R. Kirk, Hazel--1 dean road, was accidentally killed. No one saw the accident, but shortly before it the deceased was seen standing on a fence about five feet high. The occupants of the house heard the noise of a fall, and on going out found him lying ion tha ground dead. It is supposed that I he fell forward on his head and broke his neck.
