[Pbb Pbbsb Association. J WELLINGTON, April 7. The only evidence of importance at the murder trial this afternoon was that of Eva Comowski, the wife of a farmer living at Mangahone. The witness stated that about eight o'clock on a morning in November, 1890, accused come fco her house during her husband's absence. There seemed to be something wrong with him, and he appeared to have been fighting all night. There were teara in his eye.'. Crossexamined : She really believed that accnßed murdered Jacobsen.
