Union Eowing Club.— The opening of the Union Eowing Club'a Debating Society waß celebrated last night at the boat-house by a "social." There were about sixty present, many beine ladies. The chair was occupied by the Captain, Mr F. D. Keateven. Among others, the following contributed to the evening's entertainment :— Pianoforte solo, Mr J. C.
