[Spsoial to Pbess Association.] LONDON, Feb. 26. Half a million pounds' worth of New South Wales Treasury bills have been sold; the balance, .££26,000, will be sold privately. Tallow, medium mutton, 32s 6d ; beef, 32s €d. The English wheat market is steady, the Continental dull and the American unchanged. Australian cargoes of wheat, new crop early shipment, are offered at 31s lfd. One thousand tons of Australian butter will arrive next week. Danish butter is quoted at 120s. Seven and a half per cent of the Pakeha's Brisbane beef was damaged. Antimony, £40 10s to £41. BEELI&, Feb. 26. The Bill revising the German mail services to Australia has been referred to the Budget Committee.
