«. — : — The annual distribution of prizes took place in the schoolroom on Friday evening. ! The prizes were presented by Mr W. H. E. I Dale, Chairman of the School Committee. The following is the prize-list :— Standard Vl.— Bertha Scott 1, Huberb Wiffen 2. Standard V.— Violet Smith-Anated 1, Mary Nicholls 2, Leonard Dale and Rose Perkins (equal) 3, Jane Atyeo 4. Standard IV.— Peter Murray 1, Erneßt Bennett 2, Jessie Weir 3. Standard lll.— Garnet Dale 1, Ursula Putnam 2, Charles Nichollß 3, Louisa Nicholls 4. Standard ll.,— John Murray 1, Barbara Weir 2, Jessie Gemmell 3, Leonard Putnam 4, Eddie Queree 5. Standard I. — Katie Down 1, J. Murray 2, Alice Down 3, Mary Weir 4, Amy Moulde 5. Primer ll.— Willie Jones 1, Willie Dale 2, Willie Wallace 3, Charles Loyes 4, Ruby Smith-Anßted 5. Primer L— Madeline Beasley 1, Mary M'Kellar 2, John Nixon 3, George Bennett 4. Alphabet. — Amy Putnam 1, Fred Jones 2, Mysie Scott 3, Willie Beasley 4, Essie Vance 5. Sewing.— Madeline Dixon 1, Maria Freeman 2, Winnie Jones 3. Two prizes, presented by Mr George, Collins for regular attendance, were gained by Peter Murray and Katie Down.
