i [Peb Pbksb Association.} I NAPIER, Nov. 2. In the Joshua divorce case the Jury retired at nine o'cloclr, and returned with a verdict at half-past twelve. They found i by a three-fourths majority that Joshua i had been guilty of adultery with Annie ; Tuft, were unanimous that he did not '■ commit adultery with Miss Keep, and were unanimous that no evidence had been adduced connecting Kennedy and Anderson with the charges against them. The Court was crowded, and the verdict evoked applause. An application will be heard today for a decree of judicial separation, and coats. A decree for judicial separation was made, and Joshua's petition for divorce was dismissed. The matter of costs was ordered to stand over, except in the case of the two co-respondents, Kennedy and Anderson, who were allowed £150 each.
