Arrests in Paris.
It is reported that a plot bas been ' discovered in Paris to destroy the Bourse, the Palais de Bourbon, and the Palais de Justice. Several arrests ; have been effected. j MELBOURNE, July 22. j Newspaper Responsibility, ! HOBART, July 22. The Supposed Wreck. The Premier has cabled to the Premier I of Cape Colony, asking if the Arawa will visit Amsterdam Island and search for tbe survivors of the wreck reporled by the steamer Murrumbidgee.
