[Pbb Peksb Association.] DUNEDIN, Jan. 19. If the Kakanui doeß not return tomorrow, the Government will despatch the Hinemoa to the Macquarriea. INVERCARGILL, Jan. 19. It is now twenty-six days since the Bteamer Kakanui sailed fortheMacquarries to relieve Mr Hatch's penguin oilers, and anxiety is beginning to be felt.
