Newfoundlanders v. Frenchmen, IST ELECTRIC TELEGRAFU. — COPmSHT.J [Bpkoiaj. to Pbbbb Abbooiatioh.] [Beceived June 23, at noon.] WASHINGTON, JUKE 22. A correspondent of the New York Herald states that two hundred Newfoundlanders and Frenchmen came to blows at Port-au-port. They fought with clubs, oars and boathooks, and numerous broken bones were the result. The Frenchmen, who were in a minority, got the worst of it.
