MINISTERIAL.
j A CURIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. > SIR HARRY. 5 [FEOM OUB SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.] i WELLINGTON, June 6. i It is announced this morning that I Mr Richardson goes down South to address l - his constituents, and it is carefully ex- * plained in the Ministerial paper that he is f going to speak as a private member, so far 3 as it is possible for a Minister to do bo. f Nobody quite understands this sudden - desire to address the constituents of a I constituency which ia about to disi appear. Everybody, of course, regards • Mr Rijhardson as going off to disavow Mr 3 Fergus. 3 Sir Harry Atkinson is, I learn, ready t and willing to meet Parliament. The - Financial Statement is nearly completed, 3 and Sir Harry is just as he was a few > weeks ago, when I reported having heard, ■ on good authority, that his brain was in i keen order. He is, of course, not the man t he was. Nothing does he want so much i as rest, but he means to go through the i session, and it is probable that he will do k it. == __ == __
