[P*B PbBBS ASSOCIATION.} GOVERNMENT INSURANCE. THE SWEATING COMMISSION. WELLINGTON, Apbii, 23. A mrnour is current that Mr J. H. Richardson, Secretary and Accountant for the Government Life Insurance, is to cncceed Mr Frankland, but the Premier states that the question of a successor has not yet been discussed, and that the Cabinet will he called together at an early date to consider the matter. It is probable that the Sweating Commission will conclude their sittings here this evening.
