Strike of Tailoresses.
» £Peb Pbess Association.] AUCKLAND, April 21. Thirty-three tailoresses, and three boys employed as pressers, went on strike from H'Bride's clothing premises to-day at the call of the Tailoressea and Fressers' Union. The reason given for the strike is that M' Bride has failed to pay the rate of wages fixed by the Dunedin log recently S adopted by the Union.
