Father Schintze, ono of the sick missionaries whom Stanley rescued and safely conductod here from Ikungu, on his return journey from Lake Victoria, has published a pamphlet declaring that Stanley's real object in entering the Equatorial Provinces was to utilise Emm Pasha s force to conquer thoßO Provinces for England, and to secure an outlet at Mombassa.
