The Chairman apologised for the absence of Mr R. W. Fereday. | On the motion of Mr Enys, seconded by Mr Neave, the Rev J. M'Kee was appointed headmaster to the Waimate High School. The Board then went into Committee on. the subject of the staff of the High Sonool. (Lett sitting.))
