[Special to Pkess Association.] ■LONDON. Nov. 27. It is considered probable that the Departmental Committee established | by Mr Goschen will recommend trustees being allowed to invest in Colonial securities when Colonial stock has averaged 105 six months prior to investment being made. A Biil drafted by Sir F. D. Bell will be introduced into the Imperial Parliament next session, dealing with unclaimed stock dividend. Foreigners resident in the Colonies having made complaints to the Colonial Office of the difficulty in securing complete naturalisation for the whole of Australia, the Home authorities express themselves in favourof amending the naturalisation laws, so as to fall in with the views of the petitioners.
