SYDENHAN.
The mestinc; of the Sydenham Borough. Council called for last evening for the purpose of electing a member for the Hospital Board and tho Charitable Aid Board lapsed for want of a quorum. Tho members present were Councillors E. M. Taylor, Smith, Forrester, and Jacques. Tho Council having failed to elect a 111 ember it therefore lisa upon the Governor to appoint one according to the Act.
