Mr De Bavay, in his analysis of Tan Yean water, reports the discovery of typhoid bacillus. He admits that he placed typhoid germs in the Tan Yean water samples sent to Professor Butz, in order to test the latter's ability. In his report on the samples, last month, Professor Bntz reported that there was no trace of microbe. No Sunday Newspapers.
