This Day. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. — Wicks v. M'Clelland, claim £4 4a Gd ; Mr M'Connel for plaintiff. The sum of £3 had bsen paid, and judgment was given by default for the balance, £1 4s 6d.— Hadfield v. Graham, claim £i 10a and ccsfca on judgment summons. Kr Kippenberger for the judgment creditor ; Mr Stringer for the debtor. There was no appearance of defendant. Ability to pay was admitted by defendant's solicitor. Defendant ordered to pay debt and costs forthwith, or in default two months' im-prisonment.—Acton-Adams and Kippenberger v. Graham, claim .£lO 93 7d and costs. The order in this case was in the same terms aa that immediately preceding. — Stranaghan v. Harris, claim .£6 11s and costs ; judgment summons. Adjourned to Nov. 2(3.
