THE TARAWERA AGROUND.
Dtinbdin,Nov. 15. The Tarawera, in going down to Porfc Chalmers, went out of the channel, and took ground on a soft tank. She has since remained f ast,but as she haß beenlightened she is expected to get off to-night, or with the morning's tide. Her departure to Melbourne has been delayed to Sunday. SHIPPING TELEGEAMS. Onehttnga, Nov. 13. ggjled Wanaka, for the South. Paßseneets—Misa Williams, Mr and Mrs Aicken, Major George, Messrs Coltsrull, Wilson, Dalfcon, Mr and Mrs Duncan, Messrs Hume, Douglas, and two steerage. Dunedin, Nov. 15. Sailed — Oamaru, brigantine, for Kaipara. The barque Ochterlyre, from Algoa Bay, called off the Heads to-day for orders, having received which Bhe squared away for Wellington.
