BISMARCK.

Prince Bismarck seems to havotran_.--ferred to his new master all the old affection he had for his grandfather, with something added. It is to the Emperor's credit that he recognises in the Chancellor the real creutor of tho German Empire. That is the Schweninger Becret, which has certainly worked wonders with Bismarck.
