Mr Bradlaugh is better. ILLNESS OF THE EARL OP FALMOUTH. ' The Earl of Falniouth is reported to be dying. ANTWERP WOOL SALES. There will be a sale cf wool at Antwerp on Nov. 14, to clear 2300 bales from River Plate. No Australian wool will be offered. PARIS EXHIBITION HONOURS. Sir W. Buller has been offered a Commandership in the Legion of Honour, recognising in the most flattering terms his services to the causo of science. There is a great display of indignation at the inclusion of officials holding minor positions in the different Courts, in the distribution of Exhibition honours. Mr Kennaway is likely to be admitted a Chevalier of the Legion. [Pei. Press Association.]
