_ «. SERIOUS ACCIDENT. TARANAKI PETROLEUM. [Pee Pbess Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 6. John Goller, near Inglewood yesterday, when trying to catch a young horse in bush clearing, got entangled in the rope which was round the animal'e neck, and was dragged a considerable distance before being released. He had his leg and two ribs broken and his skull fractured. Goller is in a precarious condition. Mr Samuel, M.H.R., sends by the steamer Tainui, to Sir Juliu. Yogel, a quantity of crude petroleum, gathered near the break•water.
