This Dat. (Before H. Allwright, S. E. Webb, and Adam Chalmers, Esqs.) Drunkenness.— William Barkley, alias Joseph Spence, was charged with being drunk in London street on the previous day, and was fined 20s, or ninety-Bix hours' imprisonment. Civil Case. — Fred. Beverley v. Felix Cavagliari, claim JB6 9s. Judgment for plaintiff by default.
