CHRISTCHURCH.
This Dat. (Before J. M. Batham and J. Druniniond M'Pherson, Esqs.) Illegally on Premises. — William Murphy and James M'Kenzie were charged with having illegally entered a stable on the premises of H. O'Brien, St Asaph street. The accused pleaded that they could not secure lodgings in any of the hotels or boarding-houses they went to, though they were perfectly Bober, so they availed themselves of the temporary accommodation of the stables. The case was dismissed.
