THE GERMAN EMPEROR'S DEATH.
[Per Pekss Association.} WELLINGTON, Mabch 12. At a meeting of Wellington German residents held on Saturday evening, to consider what means should be taken to express their sorrow at the death of the Emperor Wilhelm, it was resolved to send a cable message to the Emperor Frederick William at Berlin, and to hold a special divine service on Sunday next, in accordance with the rights and formalities to be observed on the death of a German sovereign.
