The Sugar Bounties.
LONDON, Ocr.3. A thousand unemployed sugar refiners marched in procession to Hyde Park to-day, and speeches were made condemning the system of sugar bounties. France and Germany. The man who shot the French gamekeeper will probably be courtmartialled, and Germany will pay the widow twenty-five thousand francs. Prance and Italy. General Ferron, speaking at a banquet at Nice, said that possibly France might lind herself in the position of having to repel an attack by Italy.
