LONDON, Sept. 14. Consols have declined by fth to; 102 f. New Zealand inscribed stock remains at 99%, The market rate of discount has advanced to 3|, and is now |th below the bank rate. At the wool auctions to-day 13,100 bales were submitted. The tone of the market continues steady but inactive.
