HAWERA, July 30. The Opunake correspondent of the Star telegraphs this morning : — "It is rumoured that Te Whetu and another Native, recently convicted of sly grog "selling, are to be arrested. The rumour is supported by the fact of twenty of tho permanent military and two sergeants, under the SergeantMajor, having gone to Pungarehu this morning, where are also all the available police force.
