Lord Charles Beresford has tendered his resignation as one of the Lord Commissioner! of <the Admiralty, owing to a technical breach of etiquette m the signalling of a private message from the Queenta yacht during the naval review at Spithead. Lord Charles BereSfbrd hap resigned his position as Junior 'Navjil tiord of the Admiralty, on the ground ijhat he innocently committed a ibreach of etiquette at the recent review in signalling a private message fr,ojrn the Eoyal yacht when liter Majesty the Queen was on board.
