RESIGNATION OF LORD CHARLES BERESFORD.

Lord Charles Beresford has tendered his resignation as one of the Lord Commissioner! of <the Admiralty, owing to a technical breach of etiquette m the signalling of a private message from the Queenta yacht during the naval review at Spithead.
