£Per Press Association.] ' WELLINGTON, Jult 2S. The firai shipment of the new repeating rifles, adopted by the New Zealand Government, will leave San Francisco by the next mail Bteamer— on July 29. The shipment comprises 200 of the Remington-Lee rifle, which was recently adopted by the English Committee as the best of all the types submitted for selection.
