A FATAL ACCIDENT.
WANGAJfUT, Dec. 18. John Bailer, brother of Sir Walter Buller, was found lying dead at the door of a stable at Mount Desert. The deceased left town for Mr Abbott's residence at midnight, on a vicious horse, and as the animal was found this morning, Raddled and bridled, it was evident that Buller had been thrown at the stable. When discovered at five o'clock, he had evidently been dead some time. An inquest will be held this afternoon. Deceased was about 43 yeara of age.
