They also exhibited Three Samples of their CANTERBURY CAKES— CURBAWT, CITBON, AND SEED; Each cake is enclosed in a neat, round box, lined with tinfoil. These cakes are manufactured in hundreds! by machinery, and are sent all over the Colony, The quality of this entire exhibit could hardly be surpassed ; and one of the important requisites, viewed commercially, is that, taking qualities into consideration, their goods do not exceed in price the English article. They are well worthy of a certificate of gold medal.
