The Supreme Court opened to day. Mr Justice Johnston said in his charge to the Gracd Jury, that the calendar was a small one, and there was nothing particular to notice in relation to crime. True bills were found in all cases except that of libel — Aston v. Cntig. Alexander Gascoyne, charged with house-breaking at Oamaru, -was sentenced to three years.
