TE KOOTI ON A TOUR. [Special to the " Star."] NAPIER, Dec. 14. Te Kooti will revisit Hawke's Bay at Christmas. He is now at Tarawera, with 250 followers, on his road down. He will stop at Petane, and then go on to Porangabau, without calling at any settlements, as he has been warned that he i* not wanted. The Porangahau natives are making preparations to receive him, and have ordered tons of potatoes, flour, sugar.. ■ &c. They have also engaged the services of European cook 3, the chef dc cuisine, receiving 30s a day. As the natives of that locality are not teetotallers, it is expected that indulgence in the flowing bowl, will necessitate special police precautions.
