An Anticipated Effect. [Special to Press Association.] I Received Feb. 25, at 12.45 p.m. I ! LONDON, Feb. 2*. The failure of the Commercial i Bank, Adelaide, has not created much surprise here ; but it is expected that the South Australian loan, which was to have been placed in the market in April, will now be deferred.
