DISTRICT COURT CASES.
WANGANUI, Fbb. 24. At the District Court to-day, Joseph Well, charged with the larceny as a bailee of the sum of JJIO was found " Not guilty." John Boyle pleaded guilty to a charge of perjury, and was sentenced to three months* imprisonment.
