A Denial. The Conservative Chance Considered Hopeless. LONDON, Dec. 3. The latest election returns show that the Liberals have gained 262 seats, the Conservatives 210, and the Parnellites 52. Mr Stephen Mason, the Liberal candidate, has been elected for Mid-Lanark. Mr Richard Lalor, Home Ruler, for Queen's County, and Sir Matthew Ridley, have been defeated. Dec. 4.
