These alterations would be proceeded with at once, but having secured a large shipment of New Spring Goods, they^ are forced to use the present premises for the disposal of the same. When in full operation it is the intention of the Company to give every encouragement to LOCAL INDUSTRIES, And will from time to time place before the Public Purchases of Locally-made Goods at Mill Prices.
