Mr Stout's Legal Engagement.
DUNE DIN, Sept. 2. In Chambers, to-day, application wa» made on behalf of the defendants to hare the equity suit— Campbell v. Kennedy and others, postponed for a month, on the ground that Mr Stout, a material witness, was unable to leave Wellington. After argument, the trial was set down for Oct. 1, when, if Mr Stout is unable to leave Wellington, he is to be examined before the Registrar.
